Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. This gives adequate time to adjust my schedule!
In the event that you provide less than 48 hours notice, you may be subject to a 30% fee.
In the event that you no-show your appointment, you will be subject to a 30% fee.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services provided, refunds are not offered.
My goal is always for you to love your hair! If you are unhappy with the service provided, please let me know before leaving the studio.
If your hair needs to be adjusted or corrected, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your service to discuss next steps.
