Salons have a reputation for being competitive and lacking in education, support, and a true growth plan.

It’s our goal to change that reality.

It’s our longterm vision -

to challenge the perception of the beauty industry as a whole for both stylists and clients. We aim to do so by creating successful, joyous careers through mentorship and employment, in order to faithfully serve the community of Lancaster.

  • In order to serve our clients well, minimize their anxiety, and provide deeply personalized experiences, our team’s communication skills will be sharp, clear, and forever improving.

  • In order to provide relaxing services and maintain a peaceful, anxiety-free environment, our team will have a servant’s mindset and be focused on how we can best serve one another throughout the day.

    This will come through in the language with which we speak to our clients and the way in which we hold ourselves throughout the day.

  • In order to build successful careers, our team will use every situation as a chance to grow personally and professionally and consistently level-up our clients’ experiences.

  • In order to challenge the perception of the beauty industry as a whole, our team will count it all joy, lift one another up, and maintain an optimistic mindset about the road ahead.

    We don’t hire just anyone - we’re looking to build a team of elite specialists who work well with one another.

    We offer an uplifting, collaborative environment. We utilize an hourly-based pay structure, paid time off, flexible shifts, and marketing mentorship.

    Our stylists each receive a paid parking pass, yearly tool credit, yearly education credit, access to our online education library, and have opportunities for raises and promotions every June and December.

  • Mentorship

    We believe the entirety of your career should be spent learning and bettering yourself. If you’re currently in school, new to the industry, or looking to brush up on our skills, we’d love to offer you mentorship in tactical skills, customer experience skills, and social presence skills.

    We’ve put together a 20 week program covering everything from consultations, application, formulation, and guest experience.
