We’re conveniently located in downtown Lancaster, near Central Market! You have 3 options for parking: the Prince Street Garage, Hager Parking Lot, or, for shorter appointments, street parking on Queen Street.

The Prince Street Garage is just a 4 minute walk from the salon. You can view rates here.

Hager Parking Lot is a 5 minute walk from the salon. You can get directions here.

Street parking is most easily accessed by downloading the Park Mobile app! Street parking has a 2 hour limit until 6pm, so it’s best suited for Haircut, Gloss Refresh, or Root Retouch sessions.

We have free wifi available for clients. You can totally bring your laptop and work during your appointment!

Absolutely! It’s our goal for you to be totally relaxed during your visit. We totally understand that your appointment is a form of self care. If you want to watch a movie, read a book, close your eyes, or scroll your phone, we won’t be offended in the slightest.

Honestly, whatever is most convenient for you works for us! Clean hair is best, but don’t go out of your way to wash your hair just for us. Oily hair won’t bother us.

Our salon space isn’t well designed for children. Color appointments last several hours, and we don’t want your child to feel bored or get hurt. Please arrange for childcare for your appointment.
